Kamala Harris missed a good opportunity
During the vice presidential debate last week Senator Harris missed a golden moment when Pence asked her if her and Biden were going to try to stack the Supreme Court with more justices if they win.
In my opinion she should have shot back with, "Isn't that what you and president trump are already trying to exactly do, mister vice president?"
It is obvious that is exactly what trump, pence and 'mitch the bitch' McConnel are trying to do. trump wants his SCOTUS nomination confirmed before the election, WHY? Well actually we already no why, so trump can become a dictator. If we have an unbalanced SCOTUS of 6 to 3 that will always vote in favor or the conservative right then why even have a SCOTUS and waste the time and money to even vote.
I am somewhat disappointed that Kamala Harris did not jump on that.
Our nation's democracy is at stake. So if you want to keep our democracy in tact then VOTE! I do hope you vote in favor of democracy and not in favor of a fascist dictatorship.

That's what the politicians do, they stack the Court. What else would we expect? Why would a conservative President put a liberal judge on the Supreme Court? And verse vica. Why would a liberal President put a conservative judge on the Supreme Court?

TY for responding and yes that is what politicians do, very true. But what I was trying to say is that Harris had a chance to turn that back on Pence when he asked her that.

Harris had good moments during the debate. However, I agree that she did miss some chances.

They do sit in on senate hearings and in case of a tie they cast their vote to break the tie. Presidents do have them do things.

Well, if they want, they can always expand SCOTUS. There have been times when there have been more or less judges on that court. Oh, remember they are there for life, or till they quit / retire. With the ' hoax ' spreading like a wild fire across this country, who knows who is going to get ill for it. Could be some judges. Just saying.
